New England Cranberry Meatballs

MEATBALLS
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup dried parsley
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
pepper to taste
garlic to taste
1 cup corn flakes
Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Place on cookie sheet and brown in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. (At this point you can freeze them). For appetizers, make small meatballs.
SAUCE
1/3 cup catsup
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 12oz. bottle chili sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together.
Place meatballs in a large ovenproof dish or a dutchoven. Pour sauce over meatballs and cover. Simmer meatball/sauce at 350 degrees in the oven for 1 hour. To serve as main dish, serve over rice.
Use toothpicks to serve as appetizers.
