Potted Turkey Spread

Category: For good health

1/2 lb ground turkey
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp plain low fat yogurt
1/4 tsp paprika
pinch of ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp black pepper

In a 10 inch nonstick skillet, brown the turkey over moderate heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Transfer the turkey to a food processor or electric blender and add the onion, relish, yogurt, paprika, nutmeg and pepper. Whirl the mixture for 15 seconds. Transfer to a small crock or bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Makes about 1 cup.
