Sift:
10 cup confectioners' sugar
Beat until smooth:
1 1/4 cup butter, softened
Add the sugar gradually. Blend until creamy.
Beat in:
5 tsp lemon juice
5/8 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Permit to stand for 5 minutes. Beat the icing until creamy and of spreading consistency, adding more sugar if necessary.
