Family Size Peach Parfait

1 lb can sliced peaches, drained
1 cup peach juice
1 cup milk
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp sugar
2 envelope knox gelatin
2 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
2 pkgs Dream Whip (prepared)
2 tsp vanilla flavoring

Combine peaches, peach juice and milk. Add egg, salt and sugar. Add gelatin. Heat in the top of the double boiler until the gelatin is dissolved. The mixture should be slightly thickened. Then chill until about ready to congeal. Add vanilla wafers and prepared Dream Whip. Add vanilla. Chill in a long pan. Serve in glass dessert dishes with drained, sliced peaches on top.
