Peach Parfait

3 1/2 lbs canned sliced peaches with juice, drained
3 1/2 cup peach juice
3 1/2 cup milk
14 egg yolks, slightly beaten
7/8 tsp salt
7 Tbsp sugar
7 envelopes plain gelatin
7 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
7 pkgs Dream whip (prepared)
3 1/2 tsp vanilla

Combine peaches, peach juice and milk. Add eggs, salt and sugar. Add gelatin. Heat in the top of the double boiler until the gelatin is dissolved. The mixture should be slightly thickened. Then chill until almost ready to congeal. Add vanilla wafers and prepared Dream Whip. Add vanilla. Chill in a long pan. Serve in glass dessert dishes with drained, sliced peaches on top.
