Chocolate frosting

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup pet milk
1/4 lb butter
10 marshmallows
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips

Combine sugar, Pet milk and butter; boil 6 minutes. Add the marshmallow and the chocolate chips. Beat until ready to spread.
