Shortbread Cookies

2 cup butter, softened at room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
4 cups flour

Cream butter and sugar. Work in flour, taking care not to over mix. Roll about 3/4 inch thick. Cut into small rectangles. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
