4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cup oatmeal
2 cup coconut
3/4 lb butter
1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 375 F until golden brown.
