Charlene's Recipe

No bake oatmeal cookies

8 cups white sugar
1 lb margarine
2 cups milk
12 Tbsp coaoa
12 cup quick cooking oatmeal
2 cup crunchy peanut butter
4 tsp vanilla

Mix sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil and boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Beat until mixture begins to hold shape then drop by tsp onto waxed paper. Can also be poured into large tray and cut into squares when cooled.
