Fudge

4 cups light brown sugar
1 cup cream
1 cup butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla

Mix brown sugar, cream, butter and salt in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until a soft ball is formed. Let cool and add vanilla. Use electric mixer when cooled to blend in vanilla.
