Bacon Sour cream Quiche

1/2 cup hard margarine (or butter)
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup grated medium cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
8 bacon slices, diced
1 cup grated swiss cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped green onion
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Melt margarine in large saucepan on medium. Remove from heat. Add next 6 ingredients. Stir well. Press firmly in bottom and up side of 9 inch pie plate. Set aside.
Cook bacon in medium frying pan until crisp. Transfer with slotted spoon to paper towels to drain. Scatter bacon over crust.
Sprinkle swiss cheese over bacon. Sprinkle onion over top.
Beat remaining 6 ingredients in medium bowl until smooth. Pour over onion. Bake on bottom rack in 375 F oven for about 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cuts into 6 wedges.
