Monkey Cake

4 cans biscuits
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
1 stick of butter melted

Cut biscuits into fourths. May want to do this with a pizza cutter. Combine sugar and cinnamon together in a paper or plastic bag. Place a handful of the biscuit pieces into the bag and shake until the biscuits are coated with the mixture. Layer the coated biscuit pieces evenly in a tube pan. Continue to coat and layer the remaining biscuits in the tube pan until they are all in the pan. Pour the melted butter over the biscuits that are in the tube pan. Preheat oven to 400 F and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
