1 1/2 lb oreo cookies
1/4 cup margarine, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
3 1/2 cup milk
2 (3 oz) pkg instant French Vanilla pudding
12 oz cool whip

Crush cookies. Cream margarine and cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix milk, pudding and cool whip. In a dish, layer cookies, cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture beginning with and ending with cookies. Refrigerate.
