Chocolate Eclair Cake

1 box graham crackers
2 boxes instant French Vanilla Pudding
8 oz cool whip (fold into milk and pudding mix)
3 1/2 cup milk
CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
2 squares chocolate (melted)
2 Tbsp white Karo syrup
3 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp soft margarine
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Grease 8 1/2x11 inch pan with butter, put layer of crackers and 1/2 pudding mixture, repeat and add third layer of crackers. Add all of the above topping ingredients and cook to blend. Pout chocolate topping over.
