Cheese Cake

1/2 box of graham crackers
3/4 stick margarine, melted
4 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese (room temp)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 pint sour cream

Mix together graham crackers, margarine, sugar and cinnamon. Spread in a greased 9 inch springboard pan. Mix by hand cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs in one at a time. Fold in sour cream. Bake 40 minutes at 360 F then turn off the oven and let cake slow bake for 2 hours. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN. Chill in the refrigerator several hours before serving.
