Cheese cornbread

margarine
1 pkg corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
8 oz sour cream
1 cup cream style corn
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Melt margarine in an 8 or 9 inch pan. Combine muffin mix, egg, milk, sour cream, corn and 1/2 of the cheese and put into pan. Then put the remaining cheese on top. Bake in a 400 F oven for 30-35 minutes. Let set for 5-10 minutes before slicing into squares.
