Barneys Banana muffins

1 1/2 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
1 cup self rising flour

Grease 12 muffin cups. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients. Stir just until moistened. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups. Bake in 375 F oven for about 10-12 minutes.
