Charlene's Recipe

Meat loaf

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp dried onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg uncooked instant oatmeal
TOPPING:
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp mustard
1/2 cup ketchup

Mix main ingredients and bake 45 minutes at 350 F. Drain grease from pan, mix topping ingredients, add to top of meat loaf and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
