Biscuit and bean casserole

1 1/2 lb hamburger
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1 can tomatoes or 2 small cans of tomato sauce and 2 cans of water
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tsp worcestershire sauce
3 tsp chili powder
1 can kidney beans
1 can of biscuits

Braise hamburger with onion; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients except beans and biscuits. Simmer 25-35 minutes. Place beans in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Pour hamburger mixture over beans, then put biscuits over hamburger mixture. Bake at 400 F for 35 minutes.
