Vegetable casserole
Category: Whitsons
Serves 8-10
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup sharp cheese, grated
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
TOPPING:
1/2 box crumbled cheese Ritz or Cheese-Nips crackers
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 can slivered almonds
Mix all ingredients (except topping) together and place in a large casserole (12x8 inch). Then mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
