Broccoli Casserole

2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 egg
Ritz crackers, crumbled

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Drain and mix with remaining ingredients, except crackers. Put in a casserole dish and top with crumbled Ritz crackers (about 1 sleep). Bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
