Sweet Chicken salad

1 (12.5 oz) can chicken breast, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 stalk celery, diced fine
1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish

Place drained chicken in medium mixing bowl and flake. Add mayonnaise. Sprinkle in garlic powder. Add diced celery and pickle relish. Mix well. Serve on sandwich buns or with crackers. A favorite on croissants or simply as a party snack served on wheat crackers.
