Golden potato soup

Serves 8-10

6 cups chopped potatoes
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup celery
dash of pepper
1/2 cup carrots
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 lb velveeta, cubed

In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley flakes, bouillon cube and seasonings; mix well. Cover and simmer until well blended or veggies are tender. Add milk/flour mixture to vegetables; cook until thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted.
