Cornbread salad bake

1 pkg yellow cornbread mix
1 (14 1/2 oz) can cream style corn
1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (16 oz) can pinto beans, drained
1 cup crushed tomatoes
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix cornbread as directed on package. Add corn set aside. Brown ground beef in an iron skillet. Add pepper, onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Drain off grease. Empty beef mixture into a bowl. Pour 1/2 corn bread mixture in skillet. Next ass the ground beef mixture, pinto beans, tomatoes, and cheese. Add remaining corn bread mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
