Hawaiian Fruit Dip

1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla Instant pudding
1 1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Assorted fresh fruit, such as: strawberries, melon balls or chunks, kiwi slices, orange sections, peach slices

In medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Stir in pineapple and coconut. Cover; refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with fresh fruit dippers.
