Cheese Dip

1/2 lb hot sausage
1/2 lb ground beef
2 lb velveeta cheese
10 oz sharp cheddar (The best is the Cracker Barrel in the red wrapper)
2 cans of Rotel Tomatoes and Chilies

Crumble together and broth the sausage and ground beef. Drain then add the tomatoes. In separate pot melt together the cheeses and chilies. Then combine all the ingredients in a large pot and heat on medium, stirring often. Stores well in the refrigerate.
