Black Bean Salsa

1 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 cans white corn, drained
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
6 Tbsp olive oil
6 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp cumin
1 large tomato, chopped
jalapenos to taste
salt to taste
garlic powder to taste

Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve with your favorite corn chips.
