Strawberries Royale

Serves 4

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries

Combine orange juice and strawberries in bowl. Marinate for 1-4 hours. Puree raspberries with chopping blade in food processor. Press puree through fine sieve to remove seed. Drain strawberries. Spoon into dessert glasses. Top with raspberry sauce.
