Cheese knots

Makes 20 knots

2/3 cup crushed rice Chex cereal
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp melted margarine
1 (10 count) can refrigerator biscuits

Combine cereal, cheese and margarine in bowl; mix well. Separate biscuits; cut into halves. Coat each biscuit half with crumb mixture. Roll each biscuit into 8 inch roll, pressing crumbs into roll. Shape into knot on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 6-8 minutes or until light brown. Serve immediately as snack or accompaniment for quick lunch or supper.
NOTE: May substitute 2/3 cup crushed corn Chex cereal or 1/2 cup crushed whole Chex cereal for rice Chex cereal.
