Orange-blueberry muffins

Makes 12 muffins

1 (13 oz) pkg blueberry muffin mix
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup Florida frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp water

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
