Baked Tomato Halves

Serves 6
6 medium tomatoes
2 Tbsp prepared brown mustard
3 cup fresh bread cubes
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
Cut tomatoes into halves crosswise. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Spread each half with 1/2 tsp mustard. Toss bread cubes with butter and seasonings in bowl. Spoon 2 Tbsp bread mixture onto each tomato half. Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and topping is golden.
