Sweet and sour pork

Serves 6
1 1/2 lb pork, cut into chunks
2 cups water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup each sugar, packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
Cook pork in 2 cups water in saucepan until tender. Add soy sauce, vegetable and pineapple; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Stir into pork mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
