1 1/4 cup unbleached flour
3/4 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp onion flakes
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
3 cups cooked ground beef
2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Combine unbleached flour, oat flour, baking powder and 1 tsp salt in mixing bowl. Add milk and oil. Stir until dough forms ball. Knead several times on floured surface. Pat into greased 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 425 F for 12-14 minutes or until light brown. Combine tomato sauce, honey, onion flakes, Italian seasoning, oregano and 1 tsp salt in bowl; mix well. Spread on crust. Sprinkle with ground beef and cheeses. Bake for 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly.
