Three cheese lasagna

Serves 4
8 oz lean ground beef
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
8 oz tomato paste
6 Tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
pinch of pepper
6 Tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring frequently; drain. Add basil, oregano, tomato paste and 6 Tbsp mozzarella cheese; mix well. Layer cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and ground beef mixture in 8 inch nonstick cooking spray. Combine milk, flour, baking powder, eggs, pepper and salt to taste in blender container. Process for 30 seconds. Pour over layers. Sprinkle with 6 Tbsp mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
