Quick beef and cauliflower

Serves 6

1 lb round steak, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 Tbsp oil
1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets
1 green pepper, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 cup coy sauce
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cup beef broth
1 cup sliced green onions
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 cup hot cooked rice

Brown steak cubes in oil in skillet. Add cauliflower, green pepper, garlic and soy sauce; mix well. Simmer, covered, for 8-10 minutes. Blend cornstarch, sugar and broth in bowl. Stir into beef mixture with green onions and mushrooms. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
