Surprise Spread

Serves 12

8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
12 oz bag of frozen cooked small shrimp (peeled and deveined), thawed
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups diced green pepper
3 green onions, sliced
1 medium tomato, diced

Beat cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing in small bowl until smooth. Spread evenly on extra large serving platter or pizza pan, almost to edge.
Scatter shrimp over cream cheese mixture.
Layer remaining 5 ingredients, in order given, on top of shrimp. Cover. Chill until ready to serves.
