Charlene's Recipe

White sauce

Makes 1 1/2 cups

3 Tbsp melted butter
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk (may need to add more)
3/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper and paprika

Combine butter and flour in a small saucepan, blending until smooth. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Gradually add milk; cook stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Stir in salt, pepper and paprika.
