Hot mustard

Makes 1 1/2 cups

1 cup vinegar
1 can (about 3 oz) dry mustard
pinch of cinnamon, cloves, onion salt, garlic powder, and white pepper
1 cup prepared mustard
4 Tbsp olive oil

Mix the vinegar, mustard and spices well and let set for 2 hours. Cook in a double boiler over boiling water until thick. Let cool. Add the prepared mustard and olive oil to the above. Blend well.
NOTE: IF a milder mustard is desired, add more oil. If you do not have olive oil, use vegetable oil).
