for every 1 lb of beef:
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 clove garlic, sliced

Combine all ingredients, pour over; beef and vegetables. Allow to stand 4 hours in refrigerator.
