1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup hot water
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Blend all ingredients except vanilla. Cook until thickened. Add vanilla. Serve hot or cold. Store in refrigerator.
