1/2 cup butter or margarine
5 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
8 squares chocolate, cut fine
Mix butter and sugar in upper part of double boiler. Add milk and chocolate. Mix well. Cook 30 minutes in double boiler stirring occasionally. Reheat in double boiler before using, keeps indefinitely.
