Peanut Butter Fudge

3 cups white sugar
2 Tbsp corn syrup
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Cook slowly to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add 2 Tbsp butter. Cool. Do not stir. Add 1 cup peanut butter and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Pour into buttered pan. Let cool and cut.
