Ice box cookies

Graham crackers
2 sticks margarine
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 cup coconut
1 cup crushed pineapple
FROSTING:
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Line bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt butter and add sugar, milk and beaten egg. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until spoon is coated. Cool. Stir in crushed graham crackers, coconut, and pineapple. Spread mixture over crackers and top with another layer.
FROSTING:
Mix all ingredients well and frost layers. Refrigerate then cut into squares.
