gill of white wine (4 oz)
1 lemon
3 egg whites
4 Tbsp powdered sugar

To 1 pint of cream add a gill of white wine, the grated rind of 1 lemon, the whites of 3 eggs and 4 Tbsp powdered sugar. Whip until stiff, turn into sherbet glasses and chill.
