Strawberries with sour cream dip

Serves 6

1/2 pint sour cream
1 tsp lemon peel
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 boxes strawberries with stems

Blend together 1/2 pint sour cream, 1 tsp lemon peel, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Place in a serving bowl and chill. Wash two boxes strawberries with stems. Use stems as handles for dunking in dip. This can also be served in dessert dishes with dollop of sour cream on top berries.
