1 quart strawberries
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup white sugar
1 cup whipping cream
baked pie shell
Crush half of berries and cook with sugar and cornstarch until it thickens. When cool, combine with remaining berries. Put into baked pie shell and top with whipped cream.
