Makes 2 pies
1 1/2 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 cup cream
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
3 Tbsp brown sugar or 3 Tbsp Karo
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
two unbaked pastry shells
Mix ingredients and bake at 350 F until set.
