Graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz) pkg of cream cheese, softened
1 egg white
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 (15 oz) cans blueberries
Blend and beat cream cheese; add egg, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour in crumb pie crust. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Good served cold.
