Foolproof Pie crust

Makes 4 crusts

4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 3/4 cup Crisco
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 egg

Mix into ball. Chill 1-2 hours in freezer or overnight in refrigerator. Roll out with lots of flour, using enough for 1 crust at a time. Left over can be stored in freezer.
