Mocha Icing

3/4 stick margarine
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar
cold coffee
pinch of salt

Beat margarine; add cocoa and salt. Add sugar and coffee alternately. Spread over cake. Especially good on Devil's food cake.
